Commercial Policy
Cancellation of a seminar due to force majeure or emergency reasons
The organizer reserves the right to change the date of each seminar, provided that timely notice has been given to those registered through the website www.homohappiens.gr, either by phone or via the email address provided during registration. In this case, participants are entitled to request a full refund if they do not wish to attend the seminar on the newly scheduled date.
The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the seminar. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be informed either by phone or via the email address provided during registration. In the event of cancellation for any reason, refunds will be issued either by canceling the credit card charge (if payment was made by credit card) or by a bank transfer to the account provided to us.
In the event of force majeure or emergency situations, such as, but not limited to, strikes, government restrictions, severe weather conditions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, which impedes the execution of part or the whole seminar, the organizer reserves the right to change the date and time of the seminar. In this case, the fee is non-refundable but is valid for the newly scheduled date.
If a participant cancels their participation up to 5 days before the scheduled date of the program, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
If a participant cancels on the day or after the start of the program, no refund will be given.
Refunds will be issued either by canceling the credit card charge (if payment was made by credit card) or by a bank transfer to the account provided to us.

Modification or cancellation of tickets or services at the customer's request
The registered participant who wishes to cancel or modify their participation in a scheduled seminar must send the relevant request as soon as possible to info@homohappiens.gr.
